One of three short books by Landsberg on key skills for leaders and managers. And believe me, this guy gets some very interesting people writing him nasty letters and sending him newspaper articles. I give it four out of five stars.. First, they make you want to listen to nothing but the album under review for at least a week. My boys love this book.
