His stories of navigating foreign food and cultures, especially his times in China in the 70's, were very enlightening as to how ambition and drive aren't always enough to succeed. They even have chapters on the effects of the changes in the earth's surface on climate and the evolution of organisms. Weiss. You have to work at it to be successful. The dustjacket shouts of a 'coming boom' but the author can be forgiven for what is basically puffery. Purchased it!. It was disturbingly intriguing. Always brave, always loving, these poems should be taken on a walk, or read in a forest, or on a beach or on a plane. Anderson's writing style seemed frothy at times to me. It is quite short, which makes it great for an evening. "Hunter/Tracker" Kiena is put on a quest to find a runaway princess which (not really a spoiler) she does quickly. Naturally, all these steps are described in the book relatively briefly, without complicated economical and mathematical computations, because it is written for beginners. This book definitely goes with the 12 step program and traditions of AA. I liked the small business start up section for vets..
